Lessons in Leadership in Relationship-Based Philanthropy: A Conversation with John Noseworthy, MD, President and CEO Emeritus, Mayo Clinic
JOIN US IN AN IMPORTANT CONVERSATION
as we discuss the impact of positive leadership and a relationship-based, benefactor-centric approach to philanthropy. As leaders in this field, we are at our finest when we fully embrace the spirit and nobility of our profession and guide and mentor others on our teams to do so as well. As part of the top-tier leadership structure at your institution, we invite you to join us for a unique executive leadership retreat.
Our honored guest for this session will be John Noseworthy, MD. As the Medical Director of Philanthropy for 5 years prior to his 9 years as CEO of the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Noseworthy will share pivotal experiences, lessons and opportunities that were instrumental in Mayo’s exceptional success, -- not only as the premier medical institution in the United States, but particularly as a model for ground-breaking philanthropic achievements and insights.
This workshop is specifically designed for senior-level staff in key institutional decision-making roles. Small, intimate, intense. Participants will leave with a new mindset... and a deeper understanding of how to more powerfully impact their colleagues, effectively guiding their institutions, and connect more meaningfully with benefactors.
